The opening ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Tokorozawa Project”, which F&P provided design supervision, was held on September 26, 2023.　

This BTS-type logistics facility is planned as a dedicated center for a general distribution company. The facility is located near the Tokorozawa Interchange on the Kanetsu Expressway, one of the major arteries in the Tokyo metropolitan area, and has great potential as a logistics facility located in a key distribution hub.

We provided design supervision during the design phase and promoted the project. We will continue to provide construction supervision services in the future.

This project, as a dedicated center for a general logistics company, promotes the enhancement of welfare facilities such as a cafeteria and shower rooms, and embodies the “ease of working” for employees.

The project will be completed by the end of November 2024, with the aim of realizing a high-quality facility in terms of both software and hardware.
