The construction of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP HiratsukaⅡ/Ⅲ” was completed.

The completion ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP HiratsukaⅡ” and “GLP HiratsukaⅢ”, which F&P provided design and contruction supervision, was held on September 5, 2023.

Both facilities were constructed in the Twin City Ookami Area Land Readjustment Project Enforcement District, located approximately 1.5 km from the Atsugi Minami Interchange on the New Tomei Expressway, approximately 3.0 km from the Atsugi Interchange on the Tomei Expressway, and approximately 3.0 km from the Atsugi Interchange on the expressway, enabling delivery not only to the greater Tokyo area, but also to a wider area with the opening of the New Tomei Expressway and the extension of the Ken-O Expressway.

In both projects, we provided design and construction supervision and promoted the projects.　

This project is based on the concept of “Green,” and we have created a sustainable facility that takes into consideration the three aspects of the global environment, the working environment, and the local environment from the early design stage.

We will continue to contribute to the realization of logistics facilities that are versatile and friendly not only to the earth but also to the local community and working environment for GLP Japan Inc.
