The ground-breaking ceremony of NAOYOSHI Inc.’s “Toyama Nishi Center Project (tentative name)”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on September 1, 2023.
This facility is planned to be constructed as a BTS refrigerated warehouse (partly equipped with an automated warehouse) at the Kureha-Nanbu Enterprise Complex in Toyama City, Toyama Prefecture, as part of NAOYOSHI Inc.’s cold chain business.
In this project, we are conducting basic plann and design supervision as project management, and have planned the arrangement and zoning of facility that are easy to use while considering the constraints of the site. In addition, we are planning to introduce automatic racks to accommodate high capacity.
Toward the completion of the construction in December 2024, we will contribute to the promotion of the project with the aim of completing high-quality logistics facilities in order to realize the cold chain business of NAOYOSHI Inc. and the construction of a sustainable logistics network.
