F&p revised the system to expand support for child and nursing care
We have revised the Child and Family Care Leave Regulations with the purpose of expanding childand nursing care support for employees, and have decided to provide support that exceeds the legal standards for child and nursing care leave.
1. “Child Care Leave (prior to enrollment in elementary school)” will be paid, and the number of days that can be taken per year will be increased to 12 days.
2. The number of annual leave days available for nursing care will be increased to 12 days.
We will continue to support the work styles of our employees according to their life stages, and aim to be a company in which employees can balance work and family life and have a job satisfaction.
