F&P established a new “Master Employee Program” that allows employees to continue working after retirement.

We have recently established the “Master Employee Program” as a re-employment system that allows employees to take an active role after the mandatory retirement age (65 years old).

Through the lead-in of this program, employees can work up to 70 years of age after retirement under certain conditions, creating an environment in which experienced employees with deep knowledge and experience can demonstrate their abilities.

We will continue to strive to be a company where many employees, both young and experienced, are rewarded for their work and are able to maximize their abilities and play an active role in the company.
