The groundbreaking ceremony of Cushman & Wakefield Asset Management K.K.’s “LF Sakai-Koga”, which F&P provided design supervision, was held on n June 26, 2023.

The planned site is located in the Shimokobashi Industrial Park approximately 2.2 km from “Sakai-Koga” interchange on the central motorway in Ken-o Expressway.
“LF Sakai-Koga” will be constructed as a multi-tenant logistics facility, a four-story facility with large scale lampway, on a site of approximately 50,000 ㎡. Large vehicles, including 45 ft container vehicles, can come directly to each floor at the berth. The tenant plot is approximately 24,000 ㎡ maximum per floor, and the entire facility can accommodate up to 16 tenants by dividing the floor. The facility has about 450 parking spaces, and flexibly respond to various tenants’ needs, such as by providing electrical capacity corresponding to the installation of the whole warehouse air-conditioning building. In addition, cafeterias and store has been set up within the building to provide comfortable spaces for the people working in the facility and drivers.

F&P has been engaged in design supervision and promoted this project.

After the construction start, we will be in charge of providing construction advisory service and contribute to the creation of high-quality facilities in line with customer needs.
