F&P will provide construction supervision and other services through Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd., which is in charge of project management operations for “Saito Block 3 Logistics Center New Construction Project (tentative name)”.
The groundbreaking ceremony for “Saito Block 3 Logistics Center New Construction Project (tentative name)” was held on May 16, 2023 and the construction began on June 15.

The site is located in the eastern part of Saito district in Ibaraki City. The area is well served by several wide-area trunk roads, including the Shin-Meishin Expressway, the Meishin Expressway, and the Chugoku Expressway, making it an ideal location for distribution to the urban areas of Osaka, Kobe, and Kyoto, as well as for wide-area logistics. In addition, the area is located in the hills of Hokusetsu, with a high elevation and approximately 21 km to the coastline, making it an area that is less susceptible to tsunami damage.

This facility is a multi-tenant storage facility with six stories of single lamps, and it is a large-scale facility with a rental floor area of over 66,000㎡.

F&P have been involved in the preparation of the volume plan and provided design supervision. In the future, we will be in charge of construction supervision and provide total support for this project.

We will continue to promote the project aim to creating high-quality facility that meet customer needs in preparation for completion.
