The construction of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate’s “(tentative name) Kashiwa City Kazahaya 1-chome Logistics Center Project” has started.

The safety prayer festival of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate’s “(tentative name) Kashiwa City Kazahaya 1-chome Logistics Center Project”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on May 18, 2023.

This site is located in the Shonan Kazahaya Industrial Park in Kashiwa City and is close to National Highway 16, which is the main artery of the Tokyo metropolitan area. In addition to the same-day delivery to Tokyo, this area offers good access to the Tohoku region.

This facility is a four-story BOX-type warehouse. It is designed to be used as a multi-tenant, with two vertical conveyors and two cargo elevators. In addition, LED lighting with motion sensors has been adopted, and the latest type of lighting equipment has been implemented, which is expected to have various effects such as environmental friendliness, reduction of running costs, and improvement of operational efficiency.

F&P has been supervising the basic design phase. In the future, we will be in charge of construction supervision, and will provide total support for this project.

We will continue to promote projects aimed at creating high-quality facilities that meet customer needs in preparation for completion.
