The groundbreaking ceremony of Prologis, Inc.’s “Prologis Park Morioka Project”, which F&P provides design review and construction supervision service, was held on March 30.

　　

The site is located 4.5 km from Morioka-Minami Interchange, Tohoku Expressway, and is conveniently connected to both Akita and Kamaishi Expressway.
Since the site is steeply slopping, cut and fill work will be required and construction work will be carried out at the slopping land. The coordination of the process with the development work will be the key.

F&P began offering proposals for land usage to Michinoku Coca-Cola Bottling, the landscape owner, from 2020 and in February 2021, we commissioned Prologis to conduct administrative surveys to promote the project since February 2020.
The key point of this project is to implement development and construction work in parallel, and to shorten the construction period.

The construction supervision service will be performed in cold and snow-covered areas. To deliver high-quality facility to our customers, we will make the most of our experience with cold regions, and all our members will work together as one team.
