The groundbreaking ceremony of “Prologis Urban Tokyo Adachi 2”, which F&P provides construction supervision service, was held on March 9, 2022.

The facility is located in a favorable location that covers the consuming areas of northern Tokyo and Saitama. It is also an ideal location for EC(electric commerce) projects requiring rapid delivery as a last-one-mile hub. This facility is a compact facility but specializes in its function as an urban distribution center. It is a highly functional facility that can complete the logistics operations necessary for an EC distribution center at a single site.

F&P was in charge of the construction supervision service and supported the progress of the project by managing the time schedule, checking various plans and construction drawings, and confirming the project quality on-site.

Prologis Urban Tokyo Adachi 2 is a three-story urban logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 6,400 ㎡ on a site of approximately 3,200 ㎡. Despite being a compact facility, it has a trunk slope that allows 4ton trucks to access the second floor directly, equipped also with two cargo elevators.

The first floor has a low-floor warehouse and an office with parking functions, specializing in its functions as an urban distribution center.
