The groundbreaking ceremony of “Prologis Urban Tokyo Ota 1”, which F&P provides construction supervision service, was held on February 25, 2022.
The site is located in inland area of Ota-ku, Tokyo, and faces the entrance and exit of the Metropolitan Expressway “Haneda” and the National Highway 131, an industrial road. The facility will be constructed as an urban-type business hub with excellent accessibility and multi-use capability.
We managed the Design Review work during the design phase. In the construction phase, we will be in charge of construction supervision service for this project.
We will continue to support the high-quality facility development with the aim of creating various usage facility that go beyond the framework of conventional logistics facilitiy in line with customer needs in preparation for the facility completion in March 2023.
