The groundbreaking ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Japan Hiroshima Ⅱ Project”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on January 14, 2022.

　　

This facility has a high potential to become a logistics hub center in Hiroshima, an economic center in the Central Shikoku region. It is located at an area about 5 km from central Hiroshima, and the labor environment is well established.

We designed a facility that would appeal to 3PL companies which can take the advantages of the areas where employees can easily gather, and to differentiate from other competitors, the facility is equipped with resting space with beautiful view from the mezzanine for employee satisfaction.

We usually receive requests from GLP Japan Inc. for just structure and construction work, but from this project, we were ordered of the project management service including design, structure, facility, and construction.
We have participated in the project from basic design phase and carried out confirmation and verification for each phase. We conducted design review at each stage, confirmed and verified the performance of the building, etc., and conducted design supervision. In the construction supervision work, we will strive to achieve schedule management, safety control, and quality control.

We will strive to create this facility to satisfy our customers at the time of completion.
