The groundbreaking ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s LOGIFRONT Amagasaki III, which F&P provides supervision service, was held on August 26, 2021.
This facility is the fourth project to start construction as “LOGIFRONT” series, a logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate developed in the Kinki region and is planned to be a specialized (BTS type) logistics facility for Tonami Transportation Co., Ltd.
F&P took charge of planning and design phase at the stage when Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate was evaluating the project for this site. We were also in charge of DR (Design Review) during the design phase after the tenant was selected. Going forward, we will also provide construction supervision and support the overall project.
The project site is located approximately 1km from the “Amagasaki Higashikaigan” IC on the Hanshin Expressway Wangan Route and is close to high population area and ideal in terms of employment.
We will manage the development of a high-quality facility that satisfies both the owners of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and Tonami Transport with the aim of completing the construction by the end of January 2023.
