The groundbreaking ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Sayama”, which F&P provides design and supervision service, was held on July 15, 2021.
This facility will be the third project in the Tokyo metropolitan area to be developed as “LOGIFRONT” series of logistics facility brand produced by Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.
We were involved in planning and design phase when Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. was considering the site, and in charge of basic design and implementation design work. Furthermore, we will be in charge of construction supervision and provide overall support of this project.
The main site is located in the Sayama Industrial Park and is a convenient logistics location for wide-area delivery at a distance of approximately 1.7km to the Keno-O Expressway “Sayama Hidaka IC”. In addition, the site has good ground and low flood risk, making it an ideal location from the perspective of BCP.
F&P aims to create a high-quality facility as part of the logistics infrastructure and satisfy Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate, the owner of the facility, and the tenants who use the facility and complete the construction by the end of December 2022.
