The construction of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s Amagasaki-II LOGIFRONT has completed.

　 　The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s Amagasaki-II LOGIFRONT, which F&P provided design supervision service, was held on February 5, 2021.

　　

　This facility is the fourth special tenant (BTS) facility project to be developed as LOGIFRONT series, a logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate.

　F&P was in charge of planning and design service at the stage when the purchase of land was considered by Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate. After tenant companies were determined, we conducted basic design, implementation design, and construction supervision, reflecting the tenant’s requests, and provided total support for the project.

　This project site is located about 20 minutes by car from the center of Osaka and directly beneath the Hanshin Expressway’s Amagasaki East Coast IC. It is also located nearly 10 minutes by car from Hanshin “Amagasaki” Station and is located in a population-intensive area, which offers significant employment benefits.

　This facility is a four-story BTS-type logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 100,000 ㎡. By adopting the exterior design of LOGIFRONT series, we have planned to make it a long-loved facility as one of the symbols of the Osaka Bay Coast.

　F&P hopes the facility will contribute to further business development of the owner, Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate, and tenants, as the part of the logistics infrastructure.
