The groundbreaking ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics Kasai” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics Kasai”, which F&P provides designing and supervision services, was held on February 12, 2021.
The planned site is located just 0.7km from the Kasai IC on the Metropolitan Expressway Bayshore Route along the Kannana-dori and is ideal for urban distribution and frequent delivery due to good traffic access. It is also a convenient location for commuting to work, with a 13-minute walk from Kasai Rinkai Park Station on the JR Keiyo Line and a 7-minute walk from Kasai Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. The area is also blessed with an abundance of surrounding populations and is excellent in securing employment.
The planned building is a five story box-type facility with a floor load of 1.5 tons, a column spacing of 10m or above and an effective beam bottom of 5.5m (standard floor) with a warehouse area of approximately 3,600㎡ per floor. In addition to providing office space on each floor, the Hulic Kasai Rinkai Building, a common facility on the same site (24-hour cafeteria, lobby space available for business negotiations, etc.) is also available, making it a highly convenient facility for users of the facility.
F&P have been involved in various surveys and basic planning operations since the stage of Hulic’s business review phase and have been in charge of designing and supervision. In the future, we will also conduct construction supervision and will provide total support for this project.
With the completion of this project on May 2022, F&P will continue to promote this project with the aim of playing a role in the advancement of our customers‘ logistics businesses and creating even higher-quality facilities in line with the customer needs.
