The construction of “Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd. Kumiyama-cho Logistics Center” is completed.
The completion ceremony of Mitsui & Co., Ltd.’s “Kumiyama-cho Logistics Center”, which F&P provided implementation design supervision, was held on February 22.
This facility is located midway between the central part of Osaka and Kyoto and is a favorable location that can handle a wide range of applications, from the “Kumiyama Minami” IC on the Daini Keihan Road for near-field delivery to wide-area delivery in the central Kinki area.
This facility has a total floor area of approximately 22,000㎡ and is a three-story building with two-sided berths on the first floor, allowing access to many trucks. Since the tenant company was decided at an early stage, so were able to incorporate the tenants’ requests into the design.
F&P carried out project management and promoted the project while confirming quality, processes, and additional construction.
We hope that this facility will play a part in the social infrastructure and contribute to the development of logistics operations and business development for the employers and tenants.
