 The groundbreaking ceremony of LOGISTEED East Japan, Ltd.’s “Kitakashiwa Hazardous Material Warehouse Center (tentative name)”, which F&P provides design and construction supervision services, was held on January 15, 2021.

  

   The planned site is located close to the Joban Expressway “Kashiwa IC” and along the Tokyo-Gaikan Expressway (National Road No. 16), this site is a convenient location for transportation, making it an excellent location for wide-area distribution as a logistics facility.

 This project is a warehouse for hazardous material of about 1,000 ㎡. In order to meet the new needs for storage of hazardous materials, which has grown in recent years, this logistics facility is planned as warehouse for Class 4 hazardous materials.

 F&P is in charge of basic plan, basic design, selection of construction companies, and implementation design supervision. In the future, we will also provide construction supervision as a total support for this project.

 F&P aims to create a high-quality logistics facility that meets the needs of our customers to complete the facility by July 2021.
