The groundbreaking ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki IV” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki IV”, which F&P provides project management services, was held on December 4, 2020.
This facility is the fifth project to start construction as LOGIFRONT series, a logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd., and is planned to be a specialized (BTS type) logistics facility for a specific tenants.
The project site is located near the “Amagasaki Higashikaigan” IC on the Hanshin Expressway Wangan Route and is close to population concentrated area and is ideal in terms of employment.
F&P prepared a volume plan at the point when Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate was considering the project at this site, and after the tenant was determined, F&P took charge of design supervision. Going forward, we will also provide construction supervision and support the overall project.
F&P will work together with the owner to create high-quality facilities that satisfy both Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the tenant with the aim of completing construction by the end of September 2021.
