The construction of NIHONSHURUIHANBAI’s “Northern Kinki LC New Construction” has completed.
The NIHONSHURUIHANBAI’s “Northern Kinki LC New Construction”, which F&P conducted design and supervision, was held on October 14.
The facility is a dedicated (BTS) distribution facility for NIHONSHURUIHANBAI CO., LTD. that mainly handles beverage products, distributing to the Northern Kinki area, including Kyoto.
F&P gave a presentation and proposed for design supervisor selection due to the excellent reputation from the Atsugi Center design supervision project conducted on 2011 and received an order.
F&P have aimed to develop basic design, implementation design, and construction supervision, and to create facility with high quality, reflecting the request of NIHONSHURUIHANBAI CO., LTD as a dedicated center. Point-colored oranges were used at the exterior design and were also used in the internal amenities.
In recent years, the site has become a popular area for logistics, with 15 minutes on Yawata Keitanabe IC, providing convenient transportation to the Kyoto area, Shinmeishin, Keiji Bypass, and Osaka.
In the future, F&P hope that the facility will contribute to the development of NIHONSHURUIHANBAI’s retail products as Northern Kinki Logistics Center.
