The groundbreaking ceremony of ALICE Limited Liability Company’s “Saitama Sayama Logistics Facility” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony for ALICE Limited Liability Company’s “(tentative name) Saitama Sayama Logistics Facility”, which F&P provides design and supervision service was held on August 3, 2020. (TOKYU LAND CORPORATION will conduct project management service.) This planned site is close to the Ken-o Expressway “Sayama Hidaka IC,” and is located at the intersection of the Kumagaya Iruma Line and the Tokyo Sayama Line, making it a highly convenient location for wide-area transportation. As a result, the logistics facility has an excellent accessibility to wide-area.
The plan is a four-story seismic isolation warehouse. To meet the new needs for logistics, the building has offices concentrated at 1F, construct a berth in the north and south area and a logistics facility with a large warehouse space at the upper floors.
F&P is responsible for the basic design and implementation design and cost management from the basic plan phase. In the future, we will be in charge of construction supervision and support this project in total.
F&P aims to build high-quality logistics facilities that meet customer needs toward the completion by the end of February 2022.
