The construction of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.’s “LOGIBASE Ichikawa” was completed.

　The completion ceremony “LOGIBASE Ichikawa”, which F&P conducted project management service, was held on April 27, 2020.

　　

　The facility is a high-functioned logistics facility developed by Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.

　F&P performed supervisory work to embody the brand concept of distribution facility development of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate Ltd.

　The planned site is located at the Ichikawa Tajiri Industrial Park, which is approximately 600m from the Keiyo Ichikawa Interchange on the Keiyo Highway and approximately 600m from the Keiyo JCT on the Tokyo Outer Ring Expressway, which is an accessible area. It can anticipate a variety of logistics needs from surrounding companies, making it possible to efficiently deliver not only to urban centers but also to a wider range. The location is also blessed with a walking distance from Barakinakayama Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line.

　This facility is a four story (three-floor warehouse) with extra berths with an effective height of 5. 5m.

　In addition to favorable location conditions, the facility has easy to use facility function for the tenants.

　F&P hopes that this facility will play a part in the metropolitan area’s logistics infrastructure and will be useful to the entire Kanto region as well as the entire country.
