　 The groundbreaking ceremony for Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki II”, which F&P provides design and supervision service, was held.

　 　This is the fourth project to be developed as the “LOGIFRONT” series of distribution facility brands for Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and is a distribution facility plan for special tenants (BTS type).

　 　In this project, F&P will take charge of planning and design phase from client’s site selection, and after the tenant determination, will take in charge of basic design and implementation design work, reflecting the request from the tenants. In the future, F&P will serve construction supervision and support the total project.

　 　The site is located approximately 20 minutes by car from central Osaka city and directly beneath the Amagasaki Higashi Kaigan IC on the Hanshin Expressway Wangan Route. It is also located approximately 10 minutes by car from the Hanshin Amagasaki Station, close to a densely populated area, and offers a significant advantage in terms of employment.

　 　This fours-story facility is a BTS type logistics facility with a total floor area of approximately 100,000㎡. The exterior design with sharp and modern image of the LOGIFRONT series was adopted and planned to become a long-cherished facility as one of the Osaka Gulf symbols.

　 　F&P will strive to create high-quality facilities that satisfy both parties of the owner, Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate, and tenants who actually use the facilities, with the aim of completing the facility by the end of January 2021.
