The completion ceremony for Minaminihon Total Logistics Service’s “Sano Chilled/Frozen Logistics Center”, which F&P designed and supervised, was held on November 22, 2019.
The site is located close to Sano Fujioka IC and SANO SA Smart IC on the Tohoku Expressway, very suitable location for a distribution facility.
The facility is a two story three-temperature zone warehouse with frozen and chilled warehouse and automatic racks are installed within the frozen warehouse. By automating the loading and unloading of package, the labor saving is expected. Also the warehouse space of approximately 15 meters in height is effectively utilized, which increases the efficiency of the storage.
F&P hopes that this facility will play an important part in the development of the local community as a logistics infrastructure that supports the local food environment.
