The construction of “Maruai Logistics Center” has completed.

　 The completion ceremony of the “Logistics Center” for Maruai Corporation, which F&P conducted design and supervision service, was held on September 20, 2019.

　 The facility was established as a distribution center to cover existing stores in the Kanno District, a good location for Marui Corporation to develop more stores in the future. By relocating headquarters functions to neighboring areas (establishing additional branches), facilities have been completed that enable more efficient business operations.

　 　F&P commissioned the project while carrying out design and supervision service and coordination work with the operation side. The facility has numerous functions such as dock shelter at first floor refrigeration facility, truck berth at second floor, three-dimensional warehouse and material-handling equipment on the third floor.

　The site of this project is property repaid by Hyogo Prefecture with many specification and restriction from the Kakogawa City Area Plan, and it contains many elements.

　Considering the environment of the area, F&P made a color specifications with a clean color plan.

　F&P wishes the facility to contribute to the improvement of local convenience as well as the distribution efficiency of Marui Corporation.
