The groundbreaking ceremony of “DPL Nagareyama IV New Warehouse Construction” for Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd., which F&P provides design and supervision service, was held on September 2, 2019.
This facility is a multi-large distribution warehouse of “DPL”, a logistics facility brand by Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd. and is built with a seismic isolation system.
This site is located close to “Nagareyama IC” of Joban Expressway, and large number of other projects are planned as a distribution center close to the Tokyo Metropolitan Area.
F&P is responsible for the total management of this project, and in charge of development application submission support, basic planning, basic design, implementation design, and design and construction supervision.
F&P aims to create a high quality facility that meets the requirement of the client and complete the project by October 2021.
