The groundbreaking ceremony of “Hinomotobeika’s New Factory Construction”, which F&P provides project management service, was held on May 14, 2019.
The facility is planned to construct a new factory on the same site of the existing factory due to deterioration.
The new factory will be constructed to improve production efficiency by simplifying the work flow line and the human flow line (one stroke line) and strengthen sanitary management by clearly classifying the degree of cleanliness. In order to save energy, a cooling system using well water that uses natural energy is installed. In addition, a store to sell in-plant products is built, and the facility is planned as “community-based” production plant that can be continuously used by local residents. In order to construct a new factory while maintaining production, F&P relocated the existing buildings and solar panel while replacing each facility, with consideration for future building and effective use of the site.
F&P will continue to promote the project with the aim of creating high-quality facilities that meet customer needs to the coming start of operations in May 2020,.
