The groundbreaking ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki I” was held.

　 　The groundbreaking ceremony of “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki Ⅰ” for Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd., which F&P provides project management service, was held on February 15.　 　

　 　This is the first project in the Kansai area of the logistics facility brand “LOGIFRONT” of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd., and is a logistics facility exclusively for specified tenants (BTS-type).

　 　　The planned site is located in an area 10 km from the center of Osaka Prefecture. It is also located approximately 2 km from the Meishin Expressway Amagasaki IC and approximately 3 km from the Hanshin Expressway Amagasaki East and West IC. It is a favorable location that can handle a wide range of issues from near-field delivery to the center to wide-area delivery in the Kinki region.

　 　　The facility has a total floor area of about 44,000㎡ and is a two-story facility with the first floor as a double-sided berth, enabling many trucks to be connected. The brand image is unified by using the monotone color, which is the brand color of LOGIFRONT

　 　F&P provided service for Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. from the basic plan at the time of business review, and then carried out basic design work and implementation of design supervision work.

　In the construction phase, F&P will conduct construction supervision and promote the project with the aim of creating a high-quality facility that meets customer needs in order to complete the project by the end of January 2020.
