Tokyu Land Corporation’s “Hirakata LOGI’Q Logistic Center Construction” has started.
Tokyu Land Corporation’s “Hirakata LOGI’Q Logistic Center Construction”, which F&P provided supervision service, has started on June 15, 2018.
The project involves the construction of a multi-tenant distribution warehouse with a four-story steel structure and a total floor area of about 12,000 ㎡ on the site of the land readjustment project of the Nasuzukuri Minami District in Hirakata City and Katano City, which is close to the Katano Minami Interchange. Shin-Meishin Expressway is planned to be connected by 2023, and is expected to be more convenient in the future.
F&P will supervise the basic design and select the contractor, and will also take charge of supervision of the work after the construction starts.
It was decided that the brand name of Tokyu Land Corporation’s logistics facilities to be “LOGI‘Q (Logic)” last year and the project is the first one to use this brand name. LOGI‘Q ‘s brand concept is “Deliver future and smiles.” The concept has meaning for facility that is kind to all people involved behind it.
Together with the construction companies, F&P will contribute to the completion of high-quality logistics warehouses such as a “LOGI‘Q Hirakata” by May 2019.
