The groundbreaking ceremony of “Sano Chilled/Frozen Logistics Warehouse Project (tentative name) ” for Minaminihon Total Logistics Service Co., Ltd., which F&P provides design and supervision, was held on July 24, 2018.
This project site is located near Sano Fujioka I.C. and Sano Service Area Smart I.C. of Tohoku Expressway, in a very suitable location for a logistics facility.
The warehouse is a 2 story building with three temperature zones, consisting of chilled/frozen/ambient warehouse and is installed with automated storage rack for efficient storage operations. From the planning stage, the warehouse was carefully consulted with Minaminihon Total Logistics Service, construction companies, refrigeration facility suppliers, and material handling manufacturers, and the entire facility was designed with consideration given to operational aspects such as the flow line planning within the warehouse.
F&P will continue to promote the project with the aim of creating high-quality facilities that meets the customer needs and to fulfill the completion of the project by the end of September 2019.
