The construction of TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “AS-LOGI Kobe Ⅱ” was completed.
The construction ceremony of TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “AS-LOGI Kobe Ⅱ”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on January 31, 2025.
This facility is located in the Kobe Techno-Logistics Park in the inland area of Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, and is conveniently located for wide-area distribution to the Kansai and Chushikoku regions, with access to Sannomiya in about 27 minutes, Osaka in about 50 minutes, and the Kobe Nishi Interchange on the Sanyo Expressway and Kobe Awaji Naruto Expressway in about 1.5 km.
As a BCP measure, an emergency generator has been installed, and LED lighting has been adopted throughout the building for environmental sustainability, and the building has been certified as CASBEE Kobe “A” rank. Furthermore, the building has a shop and cafeteria, providing a comfortable working environment.
Our company was in charge of project management, including basic plan, basic design, implementation design supervision, and construction advice.
During the design phase, we adopted a sloped design to give the building a distinctive look compared to the surrounding box-type warehouses of a similar size, and we also maximized the use of the site by ensuring that the building’s volume was fully utilized. During the construction phase, we held numerous meetings to ensure that the facility was easy to use and of high quality.
We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the tenants who use the facility, and we will continue to support the creation of high-quality facilities that meet the needs of our customers.
