The opening ceremony of LOGISTEED Central Japan, Ltd.’s “Atta Logistics Center” was held.
The opening ceremony of LOGISTEED Central Japan, Ltd.’s “Atta Logistics Center”, which F&P provided project management service, was held on July 3, 2024.
This facility is located close to the center of Nagoya City, and is also close to the station and has easy access to major roads, so it is a multipurpose multi-use logistics center that can respond to the logistics needs of shippers in various areas, including the Nagoya City area, the bay area, and the Mikawa area.
In terms of environmental considerations, the building is equipped with energy-generating and energy-saving facilities such as solar power generation, LED lighting, high-efficiency transformers, and EV charging facilities.
In this project, F&P was in charge of project management, including the formulation of the basic plan, design supervision, and construction supervision.
We hope that this facility will contribute to the further development of LOGISTEED Central Japan’s business in the future.
