The completion ceremony of Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd.’s “Logicross Atsugi Ⅲ”, which F&P provide supervision service, was held on November 28, 2024.

This facility is the third logistics facility planned by Mitsubishi Estate Co., Ltd. in the Atsugi area, and it was planned as a multi-tenant logistics facility. The planned site is located approximately 3.0 km from the Sagamihara-aikawa Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway and approximately 3.9 km from the Shimomizo Station on the JR Sagami Line, and it is located in a logistics cluster within the Kanagawa Inland Industrial Park.

F&P provided total support including the creation of the basic plan, basic design supervision, implementation design supervision, and construction supervision.

As part of this project, we have adopted a facility structure that can be used as a double-sided berth. To ensure convenience and safety, we have separated the vehicle traffic flow into separate IN and OUT routes, and have also secured a one-way traffic flow around the building.

We hope that this facility will contribute to the further business development of Mitsubishi Estate and the tenants who use the facility, and will continue to support the creation of high-quality facilities that meet the needs of our customers.
