The construction of Fukuoka Jisho’s “LogiCity Koga” was completed.
The construction of Fukuoka Jisho’s “LogiCity Koga”, which F&P provided project management, was completed on March 31, 2023.
The facility is located close to the Koga Interchange on the Kyushu Expressway, and is a multi-tenant logistics warehouse with total floor area of approx.49,000 square meters. It is the second logistics warehouse for Fukuoka Jisho, following LogiCity Minato Kashii North, which has been completed in August 2020.
F&P provided project management services for this facility.
F&P hopes that this facility will contribute to the business development for both owner and tenants.
