The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Kawasaki E” was held.
The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Kawasaki E”, which F&P provided owners’ agency service and construction supervision, was held on April 14, 2023.
The facility is located in the center of the major consumption areas of central Tokyo, Yokohama, and Kawasaki, and is excellent for access to the Ports of Tokyo and Yokohama, and Haneda Airport as well.
This project is an expansion of the facility on the same site currently used by Nippon Express, which is an exclusive facility for Nippon Express after construction is completed.
The newly expanded “Building E” is a warehouse with 4 berths for large trucks and is fully equipped with air conditioning and cargo elevators.
F&P has promoted the project by operating from two different positions: as owner’s agent for ProLogis and as construction supervisor.
F&P hopes that this facility will contribute to the business development for both owner and tenant.
