The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki III”, which F&P provided design review and construction supervision, was held on April 6, 2023.

It is the fourth logistics facility in the Kansai region to be developed under the “LOGIFRONT” series, the logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate. The site is located within 10 km of central Osaka and close to the Amagasaki Higashikaigan Interchange on the Bayshore Route of the Hanshin Expressway.This facility follows LOGIFRONT Amagasaki II and IV in the same series for covering deliveries throughout the Kansai region.

F&P dedicated the project by providing design review in the design phase and construction supervision in the construction phase.

The facility was planned as a BTS (Build To Suit, it means an exclusive facility for a specific tenant).

F&P hopes that this facility will contribute to the business development for both owner and tenants.
