The completion ceremony of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development’s “LOGIBASE Atsugi-Aikawamachi” was held.
The completion ceremony of Mitsui & Co. Real Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development’s “LOGIBASE Atsugi-Aikawamachi”, which F&P provided the project management service, was held on February 3, 2023.
The facility is located in the Nairiku Industrial Park in Kanagawa, 3.5 km from the Sagamihara Aikawa Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway. With the extension of the Ken-O Expressway, this facility is expected to serve as a distribution point not only in Kanagawa Prefecture, but also in the wider Tokyo metropolitan area.
F&P provided project management services.
The facility has been well designed such as PV(solar power generation system), LED lighting with motion sensors, and the use of local Aikawa Hinoki(cypress) at the entrance.
It has double-sided truck berth, in consideration of the working environment inside the warehouse, the warehouse areas between the 3rd floor and 5th floor are fully air-conditioned. It is designed to be a highly convenient facility that meets the recent market needs.
F&P hopes that this facility will play a part in the social infrastructure and contribute to the enhancement of operations and business development for both owner and tenants.
