The groundbreaking ceremony of TC Kobelco Real Estate’s “(Tentative Name) New multi-tenant logistics facility project in Takatsuki City”, which F&P provides the project management, was held on January 17, 2023.

The facility is located in Takatsuki-shi, in the middle of the major consumption areas of Osaka and Kyoto.
It is located about 5 km from the Takatsuki Interchange on the Meishin Expressway and Shin-Meishin Expressway, and about 1.4 km from National Routes 170 and 171, where transportation access is excellent. It is a Location that enables wide-area transportation covering the entire Kansai region.
In addition, the location will be suitable as a regional pickup and delivery center, as it is located in the center of Takatsuki City.

F&P managed the basic planning, design, and supervision of the project as its project management.
TC Kobelco Real Estate has been mainly developing commercial facilities in the past, and this is the first time to develop the logistics facility by TC Kobelco Real Estate.

F&P will contribute to the completion of a quality logistics facility to be completed by the end of July 2024.
