The groundbreaking ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate’s “LOGIFRONT Kadoma”, which F&P provides the project management service, was held on January 17, 2023.

It is the fifth logistics facility in the Kinki region to be developed under the “LOGIFRONT” series, the logistics facility brand of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate.The facility was planned as a BTS (Build To Suit, it means an exclusive facility for a specific tenant).

The site is located only 700 meters from Kadoma-Minami Station on the Osaka Metro Nagahori Tsurumi-ryokuchi Line, and is also close to the Daini-Keihan Kadoma Interchange on the Daini-Keihan Road ( approx.1.5 km), so that it is a highly optimal location for logistics.

We assumed responsibility for the project from the initial planning stage. Once a tenant was selected, we provided design supervision services. In the future, we will provide total support for this project.

F&P will create high quality facility to meet the needs of both owner and tenant until the end of December, 2023.
