The groundbreaking ceremony of GENEQ’s “Kashiihama Warehouse New Construction Project”, which F&P provides project management services, was held on December 12, 2022.
The facility is located in Kashiihama area of eastern Fukuoka City. It is a logistics warehouse for temporary storage of import/export cargo at the Port of Hakata, and for storage of pallet containers as well.
F&P coordinated closely with Fukuoka City Port and Harbor Authority, in addition we had multiple discussions with other government agencies such as the fire department and the police department for this project.
We met customer needs while complying with the Waterfront Area Building Regulations and the Kashii Park Port Landscape Formation Guidelines.
F&P will contribute to the construction of high-quality logistics facility until the end of November 2023.
