The groundbreaking ceremony of GLP Japan’s “GLP SJL Sakai” was held.
The groundbreaking ceremony of GLP Japan’s “GLP SJL Sakai”, which F&P provides project management services, was held on December 9, 2022.
The facility will be developed by JV of three companies, GLP Japan & Jusda Supply Chain Management & Sharp Jusda Logistics(SJL), and will operate as an exclusive warehouse for SJL.
It is located about 3.5 km from “Sanbo Junction” on the Hanshin Expressway Route 4 Bayshore Line and Route 6 Yamatogawa Line, and 10 km from the Osakananko, and is an excellent location as a distribution point for urban Osaka and wide areas.
F&P supervised the basic and implementation design, and dedicated our efforts to develop a versatile facility reflecting customer’s requirements.
This project will address ESG as part of the commitment to customers. The facility will be obtained CASBEE and ZEB certification and will be installed with PV(solar power generation system), so that the entire facility will be designed environmentally friendly.
F&P will contribute to the construction of high-quality logistics facility until January 2024.
