The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Yachiyo 1” was held.
The completion ceremony of Prologis’s “Prologis Park Yachiyo 1”, which F&P provided construction supervision, was held on November 4, 2022.
F&P provided construction supervision services for a extra-large logistics warehouse with a total floor area of approx.161,000㎡, 5-story.
The site is located inland Chiba and has good access to Higashi-Kanto Expressway due to being close to National Route 16,which runs through Chiba from north to south. In addition, the facility is an excellent location on the hazard map, because there are no major rivers near the facility and it has solid ground.
The facility is designed in consideration of BCP with an emergency power generator including 20,000-liter oil tank and a well-water purification system.
F&P hopes that this facility will contribute to the business development for both owner and tenants.
