The groundbreaking ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “Hulic Logistics Kashiwa”, which F&P provides project management services, was held on October 06, 2022.
The site is located near the Kashiwa Interchange on the Joban Expressway and National Route 16 in Toyofuta Industrial Park, which is suitable for distribution to a wide area and the Tokyo metropolitan area. It is also walking distance from Kashiwa-Tanaka Station on the Tsukuba Express and bus service is available from JR Kashiwa Station, which provides convenient commuting for those working at the facility.
It is a 4-story BOX facility with excellent BCP performance, 72-hour emergency generator, and is also environmentally friendly.
F&P has been promoting this project by basic planning, basic design, and supervising the implementation design from the initial stage. In the future, we will continue to provide total support for this project by supervising the construction project.
