The completion ceremony of TC Kobelco Real Estate’s “Yasakadai Logistics Center, Suma-ku, Kobe(AS-LOGI KOBE I) ” was held.

The completion ceremony of TC Kobelco Real Estate’s “AS-LOGI KOBE I”, which F&P supervised the design and construction, was held on October 5, 2022.

It is the first logistics facility to be launched by TC Kobelco Real Estate Co., Ltd..

The facility is located in the Kobe Distribution Center Logistics Complex, which has good access to all over Japan through an interchange in the complex.
It is also a 10-minute walk from Sogo Undo Koen Subway Station, which is convenient for commuters and is expected to secure employment.

It is a 4-story BOX facility with environmental considerations such as an emergency generator, LED lighting systems and PV(solar power generation system), will obtain rank A of CASBEE (CASBEE-Architecture).
The property also has a high disaster resilience due to its solid ground.

F&P hopes that this facility will play a part in the social infrastructure and contribute to the enhancement of operations and business development for both owner and tenants.
