The groundbreaking ceremony of DAIWA HOUSE INDUSTRY CO., LTD.’s “(Tentative Name) DPL Sakai Koga New Construction Project”, which F&P provided design and construction supervision, was held on September 29, 2022.
The facility is a large-scale multi-tenant logistics facility with seismic isolated structure under the “DPL” logistics facility brand of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd..
This facility is located adjacent to the Sakai-Koga Interchange on Ken-O Expressway.
The planned site is an almost flat site surrounded by land readjustment roads. The parking space for regular-sized vehicles is located around a high-voltage transmission tower on the site, and an open approach is planned in front of the facility.
The smooth vehicle flow as a large-scale single ramp will be ensured by the ramp layout, the ingenuity of the vehicle entrance/exit areas to the ramp, and the convenience of movement for vehicles using the first floor.
F&P will aim to complete construction of a high-quality facility to meet the needs of customer by April 2024, with no accidents or disasters.
