The completion ceremony of Mitake 1 Special Purpose Company’s “Sagamihara Minami Hashimoto Logistics Center” which F&P supervised the design and construction, was held on September 28, 2022.
This facility has good access to National Route 16 and the Sagamihara Interchange on the Ken-O Expressway, not only as a distribution point for the consumption areas in Tokyo suburb, but also as a wide-area transportation point utilizing the Tomei Expressway.
It is also a 5-minute walk from Minami-Hashimoto Station on the JR Sagami Line, providing convenience for commuters.
It is a 4-story BOX facility with an emergency generator and LED lighting systems with motion sensors.
The facility is also eco-friendly and has obtained rank A of CASBEE (CASBEE-Architecture).
We provided the project management services for this facility.
F&P hopes that this facility will play a part in the social infrastructure and contribute to the enhancement of operations and business development for both owner and tenants.
