The groundbreaking ceremony of GLP Japan Inc.’s “GLP Japan Amagasaki Ⅳ Project”, which F&P conducted design and construction supervision, was held on August 8, 2022.

The site is located approximately 700 meters from the Amagasaki West IC on the No. 3 Kobe Line of the Hanshin Expressway and 550 meters from National Highway No.43, providing excellent access to Osaka City and Kobe City. It is also close to residential areas, within walking distance of the Hanshin Electric Railway‘s “Amagasaki Center Pool Mae Station” (approx. 1 km). There is also a bus stop close to the site, which offers advantages in terms of securing employment and commuting for employees.

This facility is planned as Amagasaki IV, following three existing buildings (I to III). As with Amagasaki III, the tenant is KANTSU CO.,LTD., and the specifications reflect the tenant’s requests.

The exterior of the building is designed to be bright and clean, and the entrance has natural elements, and the restaurant with kitchen-equipped is designed to be spacious with an open feel that the interior and outdoor terrace feel a sense of unity.

As for BCP, flooding countermeasures based on the hazard map, power receiving and transforming systems(CUBICLE) have been deployed.

F&P continues to contribute to the realization of safe, reliable, and high-quality logistics facility.
