The groundbreaking ceremony of Hulic Co., Ltd.’s “(Tentative Name) Hulic Noda-Nakane Logistics Facility Development Plan”, which F&P conducted project management service, was held on July 22, 2022.
The site is located at the intersection of National Highway No. 16 “Noda City Station Entrance” about 7km from the Joban Road “Kashiwa” IC, with good traffic access. Therefore, it is an optimum location for wide area delivery and to the Tokyo metropolitan area.
The facility is a 4-story box-type facility with excellent BCP performance, 72-hour emergency power generator, and is planned to obtain CASBEE rank A, making it an environmentally friendly building.
In addition to providing office space on each floor, there is a cafeteria on the fourth floor, which is highly convenient for facility users.
F&P has been carrying out various surveys, basic plans, development design, and design supervision since the business planning stage of Hulic Co., Ltd., and promoting the project.
In the future, we will be in charge of construction supervision, and we plan to provide total support for this project.
