Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.’s “DPL Sendai Rifu I” was completed.
The handover of Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd.’s “DPL Sendai Rifu I”, which F&P conducted design supervision, was completed on March 15, 2022.
The facility is located approximately 1.0 km from the Rifu-Shirakashidai IC on the Sendai-Hokubu Road and has good access to Sendai Station (15 km), Sendai Port (1 km), and Sendai Airport (34 km), all of which are major areas in the Tohoku region. This area is a commuter town in Sendai City, with a new residential area and a good working environment.
It is a two-story with berths on both the first and second floors, and is a ramp-type distribution center.
F&P provided design supervision for the project.
We contribute to the realization of a simple, user-friendly logistics facility that maintain basic specifications at a low cost and emphasize operational efficiency.
