The completion ceremony of Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki Ⅰ” was held.

　 The completion ceremony by Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s “LOGIFRONT Amagasaki Ⅰ”, which F&P conducted project management service, was held on January 31.

　This is the second project to be completed by Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd.’s logistics facility brand “LOGIFRONT”. This is the first project to be completed in the Kansai region and the facility was developed as a distribution facility exclusively for special tenants (BTS type).

　 　The planned site is located within an area 10km from the center of. It is also located approximately 2km from the Amagasaki IC of Meishin Expressway and approximately 3km from the Amagasaki East and West IC of Hanshin Expressway. It is a favorable location that can handle a wide range of items from near-field delivery in central area to wide-area delivery in the Kinki region.

　 The facility is a two-story facility with a total floor area of 43,958.47㎡, allowing for the use of a number of truck-loading on the first floor as a double-sided berth. By changing the appearance to a monotonic color, which is the brand color of LOGIFRONT, we aimed to unify the brand image.

　In this project, we supported Nittetsu Kowa Real Estate Co., Ltd. from the basic plan, business review phase, and subsequently performed basic design work, design supervision, and construction supervision.

　F&P hope the facility will play a part in the social infrastructure and contribute to the rationalization of logistics operations and business development of the tenant companies.
